I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor, LGPC, with 8 years of experience working with children in the public-school setting. My ideal client is a college student or young adult navigating the pressures of academics, relationships, and life transitions. Many of these clients carry unresolved experiences—such as childhood trauma, high academic or athletic pressures, social rejection, or family conflict—that continue to show up in their present lives as anxiety, perfectionism, panic, or difficulty regulating emotions. Their needs often center around finding relief from distressing memories or thoughts that interfere with their ability to focus, feel confident, or engage fully in daily life.

As a therapist, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for clients to navigate emotional and behavioral challenges. With children, I use play-based therapy to build emotional regulation, social skills, and self-esteem. With young adults, I use talk-based, trauma-informed approaches to support reflection, coping, and resilience.
