I am a Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC) and a National Board Certified Counselor (NCC). I have 8 years of experience working with children in a public school setting as both a teacher and professional school counselor. In these roles, I have worked with and supported children who are: struggling with anxiety and depression, experiencing emotional and behavioral challenges, navigating friendship problems and adjusting to family changes. As a therapist, I am focused on creating a safe, supportive space where individuals can gain the skills needed to feel happy and thrive.
